Special attention at the meeting was paid to issues of employment of foreign students. About 20,000 students from Indiacome to Russia every year, of which more than 80% choose medical specialties. According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, there is a significant shortage of personnel in the country: about25–26thousand people are missing. doctorsand about 50 thousand mid-level specialists.
The purpose of such meetings — attract foreign students to internships and create conditions for their further work at the CELT clinic. The next meeting is planned in October 2025 with students of Tver State Medical University.
